People have been asking us - what is the current economical impact of the war and what does this mean for the future of local real estate:

The Israeli stock exchange is up by 4%. 

The Dollar is down by 1.5% to 3.08 NIS. 

The Bonds are up and Interest rates will probably go down significantly during the next few months. 

All economic signs indicate that the Israeli geopolitical situation is going to improve and Israel will be a safer place after the war, and real estate prices will probably start to rise.
